Today was a busy busy day preparing for Michelle's birthday party. We had gifts to wrap and a scrap book to put the finishing touches on. Everything came out great and we went off to the party. Erika wore her new green apple sweater that I had bought her back in the summer along with her green apple tights. We dressed extra warm since we knew it was a outside party. 
I was able to get a few...just a few pictures. Peter realized today that I could be using his camera this whole time while Michelle is borrowing mine! However, by the time this idea came up, we hardly had time to charge the battery and it died right after a few pictures at Michelle's. At the party I was taking plenty of pictures with my camera but i left that with Michelle. Anyway, I totally forgot that Peter has a camera that I can be using.
The party was a lot of fun with great food. Sue -she was in the "Uno post" awhile ago, made these incredibly cute cakes! Oh my goodness, I have never seen anything like that! Peter and I didn't get to spend too much time together at the party because mostly he was chasing Erika around and I was spending time socializing. Erika enjoys Michelle's yard because it is much larger than ours and less restrictions. She held up well considering she only had one nap today.
Erika and Isabelle were very interested in the moon at one point and I even had both of them singing "Moon Moon Moon" from Laurie Berkner. I keep thinking how I should write a list of all the words Erika says but in reality that would be so difficult because she truly says so much. She says "hot" if she thinks the food is hot, "keys," ""shoes" and those are just a few of the latest.
I made this scarp book for everyone to sign for Michelle. Each page had a different theme and Michelle loved it. This was my first scrap book experience. It came out nice but I am in no rush to start another one!
Michelle's real birthday is on Monday (we are both Libra's) but today was the party. I wanted to mention what a nice day I had with Erika on this past Thursday. She was in a great mood all day and we just enjoyed playing with each other.
