Don't Worry...Here I Am Baby

I know - it has been forever since I was in blogging land. The week was busy and I hardly had a moment to sit. Monday right after work I went out to the carters outlet store and bought Erika two pairs of footed pj's. Peter and I were willing to try anything to help Erika sleep through the night. We were beyond exhausted. Our thoughts were that maybe she was getting chilly at night. So I put her in the pj's Monday night and guess what she had done by morning? She took them off!! Unbelievable. However since Tuesday night Erika has slept every night straight through. I don't know if it is the pj's or something else but man what a difference!
As usual, Erika has been dealing with yet another cold all week. I always thought to myself that I wouldn't have the kid with a runny nose all the time and guess what? I DO! She is sick nonstop and I can only attribute the cause to either Sunday school or her daycare arrangements. Either way, I just adjust and try to help her feel comfortable.
Back to the feety pj topic - I am not convinced yet that, that is the answer. Erika has always disliked that type of pj! Even when she was a baby she would cry when I put them on. Especially the thicker ones. So that is why I didn't run out and buy 5 pair yet. Kinda like lets see how it goes. Tonight I have her in long sleeve pj's and long pants with socks. Hopefully she makes it through the night because I am so tired.
