I am pretty sure that Erika said "thank you" today. I have been saying thank you to her whenever she hands me something for the longest time. I thought she said it yesterday too and now when I heard it today I think it really happened! I love it. Doesn't make up for her swatting and saying "no" all the time but it helps!
Erika and I went food shopping today and she managed to say "hi" to everyone EXCEPT in two cases. One time I was walking down the aisle and she yelled "no" at some woman (very embarrassing) and then when I pulled up to the cashier Erika pulled the same routine. The cashier was like "ooo look at her!" She puts on this friendly smile and says hi most of the time and then this "other Erika" comes out!
We went for our nightly walk. It's difficult to see Erika's shirt but it's a really cute one. Aunt Judy next door brought it back from CA a week ago for Erika. It has a cowgirl on it and I love it! Anyway, that's the story over here!
