Today was the Laurie Berkner concert and we had such a great time. Michelle , her husband (JC) and Isabelle met us there as well. The concert started at 11:00 but we were there by about 10:15. I think the adults were more excited than the kids. I know and love all her music!
Erika had an incredible time. Of course it helped that Daddy stood and danced with her the entire show! Isabelle had fun too but she was more content with sitting with her Mommy and Daddy. Michelle took some cute pictures of the girls hugging and kissing so I will share those when I get them.
The picture above is Erika and Daddy waiting on line to get into the big concert! We were so beyond excited. On the way to the concert we even played all Laurie Berkner music in the car! The forecast for today is rain and luckily it only rained a little at the concert because when we got out it was a total down pour!
You can't see it in this picture but Michelle made Laurie Berkner stickers for herself, husband and daughter to wear. It was so adorable and we were jealous that she didn't make any for us. They are standing in front of the stage before the concert started.
This was taken towards the end of an hour and a half concert and Erika was still smiling! I think she was amazed to see the woman that we watch every night at bedtime to be right there in front of her. I know I was amazed and so was Peter!
Erika has a frog on her head because of one of the songs that Laurie sings. In the song all these different people have different animals on their head! The people in front of us were nice enough to share their frog with Erika. I always put stuff on her head when she is in the tub and sing that song to her. Always get a smile from her for that too! 
Dancing to Laurie Berkner is tons of fun! It was beyond humid but still fun! The whole crowd was up and moving and having a great time. It was a totally different atmosphere at a children's concert compared to an adult concert. It seemed much more fun!

Looks like so much fun although you are the only person I know that listens to Laurie since I never heard her mentioned before. You look great btw!!!!!
