When I was little I used to put this outfit on my doll Tammy. Then as I got older and the dolls went away, I always thought to myself that some day I will put this on my daughter. Proof that my dreams have come true! I know I have a full length picture of myself in this outfit standing in the kitchen but I just don't have the energy to look for it. This picture is extra special any way because my Oma is holding me. It is mind blowing to me that I put an outfit on Erika that I used to wear and that I put on my dolls when I was younger. I look a lot older than Erika in that Picture and the outfit is almost too small on her!

This is the closest Erika got to getting a car today. I have been trying to buy her the little tikes cozy coupe because I know how much she loves it. Today I traveled to a semi far toys r us and they were out of them too. I finally came home, found it online and I think it is coming out less expensive because I didn't have to pay tax and the car was cheaper than at toys r us!
Erika was having a lot of fun sitting up in the front seat touching all the button's, levers and knobs. She is still feeling the effects of that shot. Fever, whining, sleepy and not much of an appetite. Rough day. And by the way, I have not forgotten about prescription #3...just hasn't been the right moment to get a picture of Erika playing with it.

Heidi that is so awesome that you got to wear the same outfit. Such treasured memories. And Erika behind the wheel is hysterical. One to compare when she actually gets her first car!
