Today Erika and I felt like we had to get out! We have been in the house since Thursday. I am definitely still sick but thought it would be good to get some air and see how I feel out in the real world! I am amazed at how long it is taking me to get better. And that's while on an anti-biotic. Anyway, Erika and I went to the bank first. I have a safe deposit box there where I keep all Erika's savings bonds (which she had just received one from Kurt and Jodi - THANK YOU!!!) there, her birth certificate, social security card and a bunch of other important documents. I would like to put a letter in there for her in the event anything ever happened to me.
Next we went to the post office to mail God Mommy Debbie a surprise and a few cards. After that we stopped at Michelle's for a secret drop off of a picture frame and some clothing that Erika borrowed from Isabelle. Michelle didn't even know we came and went! I didn't want to contaminate anyone with my infection. And then the fun part of the day for me...
We went to the Wilson's leather outlet store by me and I bought a new handbag for September when school starts again. I always get one new handbag for the entire school year. I love it...do you want to see a picture?? Okay here it is...
Other than the fact that I love it...I got a great deal too. It was on sale for 20% off and the Peter had found two great 20% off coupons for me to use at the outlets. Basically it was practically free - they paid me to take it off their hands! So now I still have one coupon left. That one will be for my back to school shoes! After the pocketbook excitement, we stopped at a farm stand and bought fresh corn on the cob (so yummy), blueberries (beyond yummy), avocado (what a treat) and some butter. I am glad we went out and I wish I was better already!

I LOVE THAT BAG! I haven't bought a new purse in the longest time. HMMMM I might may an extra stop tomorrow. Thanks for the bad influence.
