Valentines Goodies From Kim

Before I mention all the great stuff from Kim, I forgot to share a story about Erika at the doctor yesterday. It was very cute and funny because when the nurse came in to take Erika's temperature with the ear thermometer, Erika insisted that the nurse do it in "Mommy's ear" first! Then the best was when the doctor came in. He had to inspect my ears and throat before she had it done to her. It was very silly and almost awkward between the doctor and I!

So anyway, Today Erika spent the day with Michelle and Isabelle. Her health is pretty good again and Michelle said that she rarely coughed and was doing great all day. When we came home there was an exciting Valentines Day package from my friend Kim. Erika has become used to getting packages delivered to her and gets very excited to dig in and see what's inside. She was excited the other night too because her God Mommy Debbie gave her this adorable Valentines Day plate. She is such a lucky little girl to be loved by so many people.Kim gave Erika so many adorable books and Erika kept saying "look look." Which in Erika language that means she loves it! She also got a Strawberry shortcake dvd, a dress and a puppy with a little carrying case. Erika had a lot of fun opening everything up. Your the best Kim, so sweet. THANK YOU!Peter and I were both so impressed with how well behaved Erika was while opening the gifts. She sat there very quietly and calmly opened each one. I kept looking at Peter and saying "she's so good right?" She really is a good girl. Of course she has her days just like anyone else but still she has such a great personality.
