Our Valentines Day was very nice. We started last night by going out to Apple bee's for dinner. It has been so long since we have all been out as a family and it was very nice. Erika probably behaved the best she ever has being out. Not that she is really ever bad...but she usually is ready to go by the time our food arrives. Not this time though. She did great all the way through. Erika ordered the chicken fingers and did a pretty good job at eating them all too.

In the morning Peter and I gave Erika a couple of cute little things. He has started a tradition since last year (her 1st Valentines Day) of getting her a stuffed animal. This year it was a red monkey. First she called the monkey Elmo and now she calls it "Ho Ho" in other words Santa. She makes us both laugh. Peter said to me "I guess it really doesn't matter what she calls it...does it?" I gave her a puzzle that makes the sound of the animals of each puzzle piece when you put it in the right spot. I also gave her a children's tape measure because she always loves the one that her friend belle has and so I thought maybe Erika needed her own.

As you can see from the picture, she was happy to get her own! Another item that Erika always enjoys at Michelle's house it this over sized singing card that I gave Michelle for her birthday. So now Erika has her very own. Watch the video below for all the action.
The card said "Whoever said that nobody's perfect...never met you!"
