Yesterday and Today

Yesterday I had "Mondayitis" and so I was just too tired to be a blogger. But after receiving a complaint from Michelle...here I am today...blogging away! Yesterday while I was at work I missed Erika so much. Some days are more difficult than others and yesterday was a lonely one. I was just wishing so much that I could be at home with her playing on the floor. The kids at school are so cute but nothing beats Mommy and Erika time! The picture above is from yesterday and Erika is playing with her new puppy from her Grandma (another birthday gift).This is one of her favorites. Also she tries to get her body up to walk and pull the puppy. As I watch her I can see her mind telling her body to stand up but I guess she just doesn't have the strength yet.

This picture just cracks me up because Erika was being so silly on her new couch. She was rolling her face back and forth and giggling. It also reminds me of some pictures of myself when I was younger. I should have recorded her giggle to go with the picture.

When she stopped giggling...she started climbing. Still not much relaxing taking place on this couch as Grandma had expected but definitely having a lot of fun on it. She loves to nose dive over the edge! Wild child!

This picture is from tonight. Erika is being a good Mommy to her baby doll right before she became a DISASTER with me! Peter had went to the store quick so I decided to give Erika her dinner. Well, she was not having that and really got herself all worked up and upset. I managed to squeeze some food in her but it was difficult and required a tremendous amount of patience! I took pictures of the scene but they are much too sad to share. Trust me it was a screaming fest. Then I gave her a bath and a nice bottle and off to night night she went. Still no problems with milk.
