Today was a big day for Erika...and Mommy too! I had found a used swing set on "
Craig's list" for Erika and today the guy we bought it from brought it over and set it up for us. I have been looking forward to this all week. The swing set was less than half the price of a new one and it is in excellent condition! This is Erika's birthday present even though she still has about two weeks before the actual date.
I am so glad that I had off today to play with Erika on her new
swing set. In this picture she is walking across the little bridge that the set has. She wasn't too sure about this part of the
swing set but I think that she will be used to it in no time.
Her most favorite part is the swing. She even cries when we take her out of it. Michelle said that is the best compliment and I guess it is true! The picture above is when she first sat in the swing. It was a very exciting moment...for Mommy!
I am looking forward to a summer filled with many hours outside playing on the new swing set! Happy Birthday (early) Baby Erika!
