Today we decided that we needed to get out of the house for awhile. I suggested the aquarium since we have the family pass. Also, Damiane' gave me the idea. It was interesting to see the difference in Erika between when we took her a few months back and today. First we stopped at this local country kitchen place to eat. It is an inexpensive place that has really really really good food. Not to mention the view is BEAUTIFUL. So the picture above is Erika sitting on a chair on the patio where we ate. 
The only problem with this place is that they didn't have any high chairs...so I wouldn't exactly say that it was baby friendly. So we just got the stroller out of the car and that is where Erika had her lunch. She also seemed like she was happy to get out. The place is just a regular house and then you can sit there and eat. It was our first time there but Peter and I are both sure that we will be going back!
Erika and Daddy waiting for Mommy to finish up her salad. Whatever the dressing was that they put on the salad...it was incredible. Erika liked being up so high and looking down at the lake. I think she also liked that we were eating outside. I didn't make the mistake of ordering her a special food. We just shared with her and I also brought some along with us.
This is a picture of the beautiful view where we went to get our lunch. it almost looks fake, it was so peaceful! The weather was starting to get windy and chilly but other than that it was really nice. A little bit warmer and we would have walked Erika down by the water.
