Here Fishy, Fishy, Fishy...

Today after the fun lunch we went to the aquarium. Personally I am not a big fan of walking around and looking at fish but i knew it was something that Erika would be into so we went. There seemed to be more interest this time compared to when we brought her last October. On the way there we kept telling her that we were going to see some FISH and she was definitely attempting to say the word FISH. The picture above is Erika and I on this ride that they have there (I'm not sure what it is called). Some kind of rotating tower. Well anyway, she was startled when it first started to move but then very interested once it was going. It goes up semi-high and then you can look around. It was a little too windy for my liking but still nice.
In the picture above with Erika and Daddy, you can see from her hair and face how breezy it was! They look like they are standing but really they are both sitting across from me on the ride. Usually i find that ride extra boring but having Erika with us made it so much better! Come to think of it...EVERYTHING is better with Erika!

Look at the picture below of Erika at the sting ray tank when she was only 5 months old!

And look at her here at the sting ray tank at 2 weeks away from being one year old!!

To me, she looks like a completely different child! If you look closely you can see the sting ray in the water where she is putting her hand. She wasn't too sure if she liked this activity or not.

Another THEN and NOW...

Lucky me...4 day work week this week and then a 4 day weekend with baby Erika!
