This morning started out with a nice warm bath and Erika's new bath toy from Grandma. Finally her doll Michael has a friend in the bath tub and his name is Roberto. This tub toy is really cute EXCEPT that Erika is destructive and already figured out how to pull it off the tub! She is a crazy nut. Anyway, Roberto is the one up top and Michael has his back to us with a red hat on...he is camera shy!
Destructive baby! Look at her ripping that right off the tub! Hmmm...maybe by tomorrow morning she will forget how to pull it off. Wishful thinking.
After Erika's afternoon nap we went for a long walk to the park. It was so nice out today that I couldn't pass up taking in some of the sunshine. Erika is already being a good Mommy and taking her baby on the swing with her. Erika loves the swing. In fact, today she protested (cried) when I took her out. I would have stayed longer but I didn't want her getting sunburn.
So happy with her baby doll. When I tell her to give the baby a hug, she does but then pushes it away. When I tell her to kiss the baby, she licks the head!! Silly.
When we came back home there was more work to be done with opening birthday gifts from Grandma.
She was working so hard that I had to even take her little jacket off. It is tough work opening presents...but somebody has to do it! Take note...she is doing this while standing!
And then she finally got it open..
