Today was my last day of work before spring break! YAAAHOOOOOO! I could really use some Erika and Mommy time. We started the vacation off right with dinner at McDonalds! I have such a good time with Erika when I take her out to eat. She behaves well and eats well. It also consumes a ton of time if I am looking for a time filler. 
Fran surprised Erika with some great Easter goodies. First was the balloon that she is holding in the first picture. Erika totally loves balloons so of course this was a hit. I don't think that you can go wrong getting Erika a balloon. Sometimes I have to stop myself in the food store from buying her one because she already usually has one at home. She would be thrill if the whole house were filled with balloons.
Erika started to dig in her diaper bag and found a 6 pack of eggs that are colored chalk for outside! I can't wait to draw with her outside this week. They look really pretty and fun.
Then an adorable Easter Bunny straw cup (which she wanted to use right away). It was so cute the way she would examine each item. Oh yeah a side story - this morning when i was attempting to wake her up to bring her to Fran's she said to me "I'm sleeping." Almost like "leave me alone!" I couldn't believe that she said that.
Look at the smile on her face for that Easter Bunny cup. I am telling you, it's the little things in life that really make kids happy. She keeps saying "Bunny...Bunny" when she sees the cup.
And she also got one of her favorite things....Play Dough! It was in this little chicken and was just adorable. Such thoughtful gifts from such a great person. Erika and I are sure are lucky!

I love the "Im sleeping" how adorable, I can't stop smiling. I so wish I could just meet you guys somewhere and get to know Erika like you do and spend time with my bff. I know Arjun and Indira would love to meet her to as we watch the videos of her together. I am trying to get them to say her name!
