Today after work, we all met up at Grandma & Grandpa's to celebrate Peter's birthday. Since the weather was nice, we spent a lot of time outside playing. Erika loves holding Grandpa's hand. At one point we all went for a walk and Erika was in her glory because she was holding Daddy's hand on one side and Grandpa's on the other. I should have taken a picture of the smile on her face...but I didn't.
We had a great dinner and then the best part...THE CAKE! Peter and I caved in and let Erika have some chocolate icing and she really loved it. She kept saying "more...more!" I guess she really is just like Mommy. We had a great time and Erika was well behaved. When we came home it was straight into the bath and then night night time. We were lucky that chocolate icing didn't keep her up!
