I had such a beautiful and enjoyable time with Erika today. We went to the outlets to exchange a shirt that I had bought for her. We held hands and shopped together for about two hours! She was so good and I didn't even bring the stroller. She walked with me around the entire one side of the outlets. It was funny when we were in one store she would take a few pairs of pants off the rack and then show me and say "cute?" as if she were asking me!
At the Carters outlet and The
Children's Place, they loaded her up with stickers. I have come to really appreciate when people give her little things like that for entertainment. She was very excited. Also there is this LEGO table at the back of Carters. She was sitting there playing when along came an older boy. He sat down with her and right away she started sharing the blocks with him. I was very proud of her. Then when his mom wanted to leave he said "no Mom I want to stay, this
little girl is really nice." My heart just melted. It was a great "Mommy moment."
By the time we got back to the car, I was shocked to see that it was already 6:00! We had such a fun time together just walking and shopping. It was a special day because Erika and I had some Mommy & daughter bonding!
And then she went night night on the way back home!

You should melt, she is sweet just like you! You do such a good job with her. That last pic of her passed out is so sweet.
