The picture is false advertising! Erika looks so happy but she was really miserable. She was crying for a lot of the day. No amount of cuddles, Tylenol or playing seemed to help. This MMR shot has got to be a powerful one.
So, lets see what did we do today? First question is - does the day start when Erika gets up at 1:00am and I bring her downstairs for cuddles and a bottle??? Or does it officially begin at 6:00 when she gets up again? 
Daddy had to work half a day. So Erika and I spent most of the morning playing, eating and napping...and crying! I also did get some cleaning done as well.
When Daddy came home, he put the play yard together. We set it up on the front porch just while we were waiting to have pizza delivered. It is not staying there...too dangerous. Anyway, she loves it! I have to order two more extensions though because even with the one extra extension, it is kind of small.
Talk about being lazy - Erika wouldn't even pick the juice cup up. She figures it is less work if she just tips her head down to drink.

It is so hard hearing she is so sad :-( knowing she is always little miss sunshine. I hope the effects of the MMR are quickly a thing of the past and that you will enjoy your summer break!
