Okay...so I have become a "blogging slacker" BIG TIME and I apologize to all the faithful readers that I have. I hope I didn't worry any one. I have been tired as always and Thursday and Friday I had no pictures to share so I just took the days off from blogging. Last night - Michelle had "challenged" me to actually go to bed when Erika went to bed...and guess what? I did! No housework, no school work, no chores - just nighty nighty for Mommy and it felt good. And then this morning I even took a early morning nap when Erika took her nap which is something I never do. I am a lot more awake today too which is nice.
Erika started my day at 6:00 this morning which is so much nicer than the 4:00 am that she has been doing. She was very difficult today and wanted to be entertained a lot! The bottle in the picture above I had hoped would help her learn to hold the bottle for herself. I was wrong because she thinks it is a sippy cup with a straw and doesn't tip the bottle to get the juice out! Oh well. I just hope it is okay that she never hit the stage where she held the bottle for herself. When I asked the doctor awhile ago he told me she was just LAZY!
Today after a lot of whining and two naps, Isabelle and Michelle came over to play. Isabelle's and Erika's daddy's both went golfing while the mommies stayed home and played and had some "juice." I had all the outside toys set up but it ended up not being so nice out so we just stayed inside and played.
Check out Isabelle in her bikini top! They both held up really good considering it was past their bedtimes before the daddy's returned! Both of them had not had their dinner either. Michelle was smart and brought an extra baby doll so that the girls wouldn't be in conflict for the same doll.
Erika was very excited to see her favorite Moose character on daddy's work laptop. It looks like nothing is on in the picture but her favorite cartoon character is on.
Tomorrow for Fathers Day Erika's Grandma and Grandpa will be coming over. Erika also has a gift for her Daddy!

It seems we are a little behind with posts. These summer days are longer, the babies are getting bigger and we are out and about more so don't feel bad! LOL Love the ice cream tank in that picture...looks awfully familiar! Hahaha. Indira is actually wearing hers tomorrow! Well, I am glad you got some sleep and hopefully you do tonight too. Challenge me because if I don't start going to bed before midnight, I am going to crack.
