Doctor

Yesterday I decided to leave work early and take Erika to the doctor. The fact that she has had a lingering cold since December was starting to worry me. Then with her cough and the red rosy cheeks I was becoming consumed with wondering what could be wrong. I often hesitate to take her to the doctor because in the past when I have brought her, they always tell me it is normal and that she is fine. So guess what?? Yesterday they told me it was normal and that she was fine! But still I am glad I brought her. The doctor checked her ears, throat, glands and lungs. All was good which I am thankful for. Basically he told me to keep using the saline spray in her nose (which she is not to happy about). While we were there I had them weigh her and she is 22 1/2 pounds. That's my big girl! Her check up appointment is on April 22nd.

Yesterday for April fools day my students were so cute. One of them handed me this envelope addressed to me from the "president." Inside there was a warning that there has been a UFO spotted in the area!! So funny and extremely cute. Also I went to use the computer and I couldn't get the mouse to move. Finally I discovered a little piece of paper taped under the mouse that said "April Fools Day!" These kids are too much!
