Today is Peter's birthday and Erika is very excited! She is even wearing her "Dad's Sweet Heart" shirt! We plan on spending some family time together and having a nice dinner at home. Peter likes this weight watchers meatloaf that Aunt Peggie gave me the recipe for. It is very yummy...and even low fat too.
