Today we went to spend some time with "Grandma Vivienne." Vivienne is my Opa's wife. She recently moved into a new place and we decided to cheer her up with some Erika smiles. Not only did we cheer her up but we cheered up the whole place of where she lives. As we walked the halls of the elderly people, each one would stop and talk to Erika. Some would even thank us for bringing her by. But the best was this one guy that brought us over to a group of elderly women. He told us that they needed some livening up. So Daddy brought Erika over and a woman that the man said never smiles...SMILED! That's my girl, bringing sunshine to the world. She was so extra well behaved especially considering it was way passed her bed time and she had not had dinner yet. It felt great to share her with these people who really do not have much happiness in their lives. I felt like we were sharing a little piece of heaven/God with them!

Erika was so proud because she was able to open the drawers of Grandma Vivienne's dresser. She was also trying to pull herself up as well as crawl.

The picture above is in front of an Easter display that they had a Vivienne's place. It was very very very difficult to get a picture of Erika because she wanted to touch everything in the display!

Mommy and distracted Erika. There were some elderly men where Erika is looking in this picture and she just adored them. All the people were crazy about her and she was crazy about them!

Here is a family shot in front of the Easter display. Unfortunately it came out dark...we depended on a man in the lobby to take the picture and this was the best one out of the two that he took!

This was earlier today...my attempt at a second Easter photo shoot didn't go so well. Erika would not keep her hat on for any thing! It was so funny.

This is right before we went out to head to Vivienne's.
