On Tuesday, Belle came over for a little while after work so that Michelle could get a hair cut. Michelle is always overly thankful which isn't necessary because we love having Belle over. Anyway, I put on The Cat In The Hat for them...and it was a hit. The two of them were glued to the television. I already knew that Erika liked the movie but was surprised to see how much interest Belle showed as well.

Look at Belle leaning over to give Erika a kiss! This picture is going to be great for teasing them when they get older. I told Michelle that I will bring this one out on Belle's wedding day! Since I was so tired from work I didn't mind that the girls were so into the movie but it still would have been nice to have them notice I was even in the room with them!

Erika is busy just like her Mommy and so it is good that Grandma gave her a laptop to catch up on all her important business. Look at Belle's expression checking out what Erika is doing. Speaking of busy (or typing really), that is why I am such a blog slacker, I am just so busy. And then when I come home and go through play time, dinner time, bath time and night night time...I am DONE! So I am sorry to Erika's blog readers. I wish I could post every night but I just can't do it lately.

The two girls were into watching the cat outside that we feed and take care of. We call him "Apple Bee" from a song on one of Erika's toys. Well actually Erika calls him "Bee" and Belle calls him "Butterball." That's the cat of many names. Oh and his real name is "Buster." But none of us call him that.

And now for a short video to prove how non - responsive these two were while watching the movie!
