Today I was feeling a little bit better. The antibiotic that the
Dr put me on seems to be helping along with an incredible amount of sleep. Peter had to work today so it was just Erika and I running the show. I had intentions of heading back to
walmart. However, between being sick and almost 32 weeks pregnant, I just don't move as quick as I would like to. I am getting slower and
slooooower and getting less and less accomplished. So we never made it out of the house till 1:00 which is basically Erika's nap time. But she really wasn't ready for a nap yet any way.

So we decided to go to the train ride at the outlets. I had wanted to use a coupon I had for Carter's while I was there and also go to Bath and Body works...but neither of those things ever happened. I guess there is always tomorrow? When we got to the outlets, I should have known it would be PACKED. The holiday shoppers are in full swing! I had to drive around the parking lot for 10 minutes just to get a spot! I would have left but not after I promised Erika a train ride.

So we finally got a spot and walked (very slowly) over to where the train is. She mentions something about getting something to eat so we did that first. The food court was packed a s well. We get our food and then I am standing there, big belly, two year old, tray of food and no place to sit. We finally sit down with a man that was eating solo. Get settled in and Erika says "Mommy I have to go potty." I tried putting her off but she was persistent, so we get up (I tell the man) and we head for the potty. After the whole potty scene...hand washing and all...we return to our table.

Two minutes later "Mommy I have to go potty again." "No you don't Erika, we just went" "Mommy I do." So i try putting her off again but she tells me she is going (she didn't really go). So i shove down some food and throw the rest out. We go to the potty. "Mommy I don't have to go potty." "Erika you are going potty, we will wait till you go." Finally she really did go after some encouragement. And all was fine but OH MY GOODNESS what a production. After the
train ride....we were done and I never got to do anything else. It was crazy. Erika and I went home for a nap!

Tonight, Doug took us all out to dinner. It was super sweet of him. He wanted to celebrate Baby Christopher now because he said that once he is born we will be busy and not have much time. It was so nice! He took us to Boulder Creek and even brought a stuffed puppy dog for Erika. We all had dinner and dessert and it is one of those times that I know I will always remember. It was such a great idea. Erika
received a compliment from a woman about her great behavior too. The lady told me "I have never seen a child behave so well and be so quiet." I was a proud Mommy. I wish I had some pictures from the dinner but I don't. My memory will hold that one.

And now it is time for me to recharge and continue to get rid of this being sick stuff.

Erika rode the front of the train with the bell!

And there she is getting off the train.
