Church was back to regular time this morning which was really nice because the entire family over here is so wiped out. For once we were actually ready early! I am sure that won't be repeated next week! Erika and I spent some time outside in the morning while waiting for Aunt Judy to come over.
I can't believe how big this kid is getting. Is it the baby food that I am still feeding her every night? Something is turning her into a giant! But a beautiful giant at that!
This morning was yet another highlight in my life. Erika has so many favorite songs from church BUT today the Sunday school sang two of her favorites. One of which was "This little light of mine." She stood up there like a pro in front of the whole congregation, sang and did all the hand movements. It was so cute. Next time I should do a video clip with my camera too. I smiled the ENTIRE time and could barely take my eyes off of her.
After church it was the usual....some lunch and then a nap. Erika is taking some pretty solid naps because of the new schedule she is keeping. After that we went to the park and food shopping. I had to take a picture of her in the shopping cart because she is so big in it. I am starting to have difficulty lifting her up to even get her in. Between her long legs and my pregnant belly, it has become quite the task!
The park was a bit disappointing because they were so many yellow jackets. Also many big kids were there and wouldn't even move off the slide if Erika wanted to go down. I felt bad for her because it was disappointing. I miss Erika so much, it just breaks my heart.
