So after the exciting news of that Erika is going to have a baby brother and that he is developing perfectly we went to the outlet for a special train ride to celebrate. Erika was very excited to finally be able to ride this train. We often see it and watch the other kids on it but I have never put her on it. She loved it! When it started going she waved to me and said "Bye Mommy, Bye!"
On the way to the doctor this morning I called her "Baby" like I often do and she said "No Mommy I not Baby...I Erika." She broke my heart! But it was cute when she said that. After the train ride we went to the Carters outlet to check out the baby boy clothing since it was such an exciting day. Good thing I had Erika with me which was my "shopping control" because they had racks and racks 70% off and a lot of it was even winter clothing. We picked out a few things...used our handy dandy coupon and got out of there pretty quick.
Then it was on to the very popular always requested by Erika apple ride. I thought she would forget but no chance of that! She made sure we made a stop at the apple ride. Definitely her favorite one. I should video her on there once because she gets so excited when it starts to move.
Then we came home for a nap (both of us). After that lunch and a few errands. Food shopping and oil change. Such a nice day with my Erika and so excited that she will have a little brother!
