This morning we were up, ready and out the door by 9:00. We had plans for meeting Michelle, Amy and Belle. It was kinda nice to be ready to go so early. Sometimes by the time I get myself and Erika together, then I don't feel like going any where any more...except to bed.
We met up at the mall and had plans for eating lunch together at The Cheesecake Factory too. When Belle and Erika first saw each other it was so cute because they were calling each other's name and running towards each other as if they
haven't seen each other in forever!
We all walked around the mall and checked out many of the stores. Erika and I spent a lot of time out in the middle of the mall while Amy and Michelle did some shopping. Erika really doesn't like being inside stores and some of them as soon as we went in she would complain that she wants to go home. So I would take her in the middle of the mall and entertain her.
She did manage to get a new pair of sneakers for the fall and a brown pair of sandals
for right now. She loves getting shoes. I don't have many pictures of Belle and Erika for some reason even though we spent the entire day together.
By the time we made it to lunch
both girls were over due for their naps so it took a lot of
entertaining to keep them going. Would you believe the picture above is the best one I have of the two of them!? We ordered them a grill cheese to share which neither one seemed to like. We all tried it and it was super yummy but for some reason they didn't like it.
One funny story was while we were eating Belle came and was standing by me. I had Erika in a high chair and for some reason Erika started saying "That's my mommy" over and over and pretty loud. Well I guess Belle thought it would be
entertaining to tell Erika that I am her Mommy. Well Erika didn't go for this and at one point it looked like some sort of beast took over her. She struggled to get out of the high chair and looked like she was going to go have it out with Belle. Michelle and I couldn't believe what we saw! It was like Erika was over taken with emotion and was going to go protect her territory!
The way home Erika was EXHAUSTED and fell
asleep after some major crying. It looks like she is smiling in the picture above! I love it!
