Today when Erika woke up from her nap she had a very special treat waiting for her. When I saw my mother the other day, she gave me the little people McDonald's that my brothers and I played with when we were little! The date on the box says 1974. It is the cutest set ever!
While Erika was taking her nap Daddy got down on the floor for at least half an hour and made this whole set up. He lined up all the cars for a drive through. Set the houses up for a neighborhood. And he set up tables for the people to eat at. i went upstairs and told him i would be down when he is done! It came out really cute!
And Erika thought so too! I have a video of when she first discovered it after the nap that I will post next. She loves the whole set! I have to say it is really nice to have a child that actually likes to play and enjoys her toys. I have met children that have no interest and that is kinda sad for them.
So the three of us played McDonald's for at least a half hour to forty five minutes! Eventually Erika and Daddy even set up the train tracks and people were coming in by train just to get some yummy food at McDonald's!
I know it is a ton of pictures but I just thought it was all so cute. I couldn't resist a stack of pics!
