One of our first stops was a haircut for Erika. I couldn't handle the hair hanging in her eyes any more. And I also decided to get it cut above her shoulders for the summer. It came out very cute. I think I like it better short right now and it is not getting in her face as much as it was. She did great during the haircut and not a peep out of her. Such a change from her first few haircuts where all she did was cry.
Then we went to get my oil changed which she always likes because they wash my car when they are finished and she enjoys watching that. I bet she would really love being in the car while it is being cleaned! We picked up my engagement ring which I finally had made a half a size bigger so that I can wear it again! And then we had an outfit to exchange for size from her birthday. Believe it or not, all that consumed most of the day.
The latest really cute
thing that Erika does is that she takes her little people or animals that go with the little people and she makes them say hi to
each other and then she says that they are best friends! So cute and I really don't know where she even gets that from!
Today Erika and I spent the day accomplishing things that I have been putting off for awhile. I felt a little guilty because she kept asking me to go to the park but I just had to get stuff done. She was really great all day except at the end when she was finally starting to loose it and told me she wanted to go home.
