So let's see. Erika woke up at about 6:45 which was a real treat. I was actually up and
showered before her! I had a mid morning dentist appointment to get to so I knew I had to be ready to go before Peter left the house. That is something that changes when you have a child. You have to schedule your shower time if you are going to be the only one home with the child. Anyway, it was nice to wake up on my own instead of being woke up by alarm or by
Erika. Can we have a repeat of that tomorrow please???

Michelle had said she could watch Erika while I had a filling re-done. I am a huge dentist phobic but have been facing my fears and going to the dentist. Peter still wasn't feeling well when he got up this morning. So he went to the emergency room to get some testing done. That was what the doctor on Saturday had
recommended if he didn't get any better. So needless to say I was on edge, nervous, worried sick and so on. But he
insisted that I follow through with my appointment. Glad I did because the
appointment went really well and I won't mind going back. I think I finally found a GREAT dentist! (fingers crossed...and toes too)

So after doing a few things around the house, running some early morning errand, and
constantly worrying about Peter, I finally dropped Erika off at Michelle's to get to my appointment. On a side note, check out the picture above. this is a common
occurrence, Erika covering Bob with one of her doll blankets. Sometimes I find him in his bed sleeping and covered with a dish towel from the kitchen. He is very tolerant of his younger sister. I am proud of him for that. Truly she jumps all over him and he just takes it all.

While I was getting my tooth drilled and Peter was in the ER, Erika was living it up at Michelle's neighbors house in her resort like backyard! The pool was amazing and so was the yard. Unfortunately when I went to pick Erika up, I was in no condition to sit around and enjoy it. I didn't feel well from the dentist and was getting beyond worried over Peter.

By the way, Michelle took the pictures at the pool with her camera and sent them to me. Erika didn't want too much to do with this
pool either which doesn't surprise me. However she was very impressed with the
potato chips!

After picking Erika up from the pool, and holding my tears of worry in all day, I took Erika home for a nap in preparation for heading to the hospital when she woke up. Then I got the call from peter and he was being
released!!
Yahooo! It is only a pulled muscle (they think) and he was free to go. RELIEF does not express what I feel/felt. I had myself sick. Only small problem is that they said if he doesn't feel improvement in 4 days that he should go back and they will re-evaluate him. But lets hope for the best, right? Anyway, then I laid down for a much needed nap.

When Erika and I woke up from our naps, we went for a slice of pizza and she ate every last piece. I guess she worked up some appetite. I consumed mine pretty well too, but that's not much of a surprise! She was well behaved at the pizza place and once again that little pull toy puppy came with us. Is this kid trying to tell me she wants a dog??

As you can see from the pictures, after pizza I took her to the park. This always excites her and I felt i had been neglecting her due to my worries. She was so happy to go and I was too. Here are a few more pictures from the park and then i have a cute video to share too. All i can say is "WHAT A DAY!" Tomorrow will be better right? Actually when it comes down too it, today was a great day. the dentist went well and Peter is healthy.
