Ahhhh...it's Saturday. A day off with Erika. I thought it would never get here. We had a nice day together today. In the morning we all had breakfast. Daddy & Erika played while I did a few things around the house. Then Daddy went to work and Erika and I went to do some "shop shop" (that's Erika language).
There is a 27 week belly shot for inquiring minds. I am getting bigger by the day and it is really starting to get in the way. Even as i sit here and type I have to sit pretty straight up to not feel uncomfortable with my belly. Mostly I feel okay. My back is pretty bad and I have the same severe indigestion that I had with Erika. Other than that all is okay. Another doctor appointment on the 30
th of this month.
Okay so back to Erika. I think she was just as happy as me to not have to be shipped off so early in the morning. She totally loves Lori but I know the schedule that we keep is rough on her too. I mean Erika and I are on the road at 6:00am every morning! The moon is still out and it is so dark. I feel so bad taking her out of her crib every morning. She does great though.
Currently she is starting to get a slight cold again. Her nose is running but I think I am doing a pretty good job at getting on top of it. It seemed to start Thursday and Friday it was the worst and today she seems to be getting better already. I have various methods of getting her better and they seem to work...most of the time.
So today we went to the Disney Store to buy Erika's Halloween costume. I had seen it already back in the summer but didn't buy it. Then when I had gone for it a few weeks ago, they no longer had her size. Today...they had it and on sale! I was so excited and so was she. Check her out with her large bag. She is so funny!
She insisted on carrying that bag herself so of course I let her. On Wednesday, the Disney Store is having a free Halloween party from 3:30 - 5:30 which I might actually take her to. I have to see how my schedule goes. But I know she would love it. There is going to be games and a parade and prizes too. Oh yeah...Dora boots again today!
Look at that little shopper. At one point I was looking at winter coats for her and I said "Come here Erika I want to see how this one looks on you." So she came and I held it up to her. then a few minutes later she takes one down and holds it up and says "Look Mommy, I doing like Mommy." So silly. I put a jacket on her to try on and on her own she turns around so that i can see the whole look!
Then of course we did some rides. I now save quarters for our ride fund at the outlets!
You didn't think we skipped the apple ride did you? Of course we didn't!

Wednesday, if I take her to that party to see it on her!
