Thank goodness, thank goodness and THANK GOODNESS it is finally Friday. It was yet another long week of being away from Erika. The minute the bell rings at school at 2:20 I am practically one foot out the door on my way to pick up Erika. Today on the way home we made a few stops. By the way, check out that pose in the picture above...I DID NOT tell her to do that!
I had a few things that I was looking for and didn't find any of them. Erika on the other hand found these great Dora boots for the winter time. They are not exactly the best quality and I may still need to get her a better pair for the real snow storms but they are nice for light snow or a chilly day or really Erika likes to wear boots any day. As you can see from the pictures she totally LOVES them!
She was so good while we were out and such a pleasure. That is not always the case when we do some shopping but today she was great. That always makes the outing so much better. Of course when we came home the boots stayed on till bed time!
I am really looking forward to having three days off with Erika. Not to mention I need to catch up around the house. But mostly I just want to be with her and try to relax. Tomorrow I need to take her for some shoes to wear to church. All we have that fits is sandals and that weather is fading quickly! In the picture below Erika is very proud because she put some of my blush on!
