This gift was a huge hit - a school bus for the little people. Erika is very into school buses because teddy - the boy she is at Maureen's with starting going on a bus this year. Whenever I am in the car with Erika and she
sees a bus she yells out "bus bus...Hi bus and waves to it!" My mother went crazy trying to get this bus because she said that it was always out of stock. Must be popular on many lists this year! :)
the excitement of seeing my own child open gifts and be so happy is an incredible feeling. It is a similar feeling as to the
excitement of being a child on Christmas...only it feels even better now! Last night Erika was still buzzing around the house at 10:30...I think because she was so hyped up from her day with Grandma and all her wonderful gifts! I am grateful and happy for Erika.
This picture is the BEST! Look how Bob is on Grandma's right and Erika on her left. My mother has always been great at paying attention to Bob. She calls him my "first born!" It was a little sad because Erika has stolen his spot light and he didn't get a gift from Grandma and she felt bad. I guess these things happen with animals when kids come along but it must be heart breaking to them!
