On Saturday we started getting our kitchen completely redone. It was kinda sprung on us quick by our contractor so we have been extra busy clearing the dining room and kitchen. I think this is one of those cases of good stress because I am really excited about our kitchen. It was the one thing missing from our house that we didn't renovate. Yesterday was rough for Erika due to all the noise. She and I would hide upstairs in her bedroom and in Mommy and Daddy's room. However, every time I would get her to sleep the noise of having the floor ripped up would wake her up. So I took her out shopping...not a good idea. She was so tired that unless I just kept moving the stroller she would whine and cry. So we came back home and played and eventually it was bed time and she slept the night. Today we are going appliance shopping and then we will go play with Isabelle for awhile. This morning Erika was forced to take a bath in the big bad duck! No kitchen sink means no small white tub in the sink! She cried and was scared but not as bad as some of the other times. Poor baby Erika. In the picture above Erika is parked in the kitchen with some of the new tile put down. Is isn't even close to the finished product yet.

Erika in our disasterous living room filled with boxes of stuff that go in the kitchen and dining room! She doesn't seem as stressed as I am! I hate a mess.
